Attempting to activate your Windows-based CineForm software is resulting in the following error message:

Invalid Activation Key

Possible solutions:

1) Make sure you are entering your activation key and not your serial number. You can request an activation key by submitting the form at www.cineform.com/activate.aspx.

2) Make sure you have installed the correct product and version number. For example, you can't activate a version 5 product if your license is for version 4.

3) Make sure the Name matches the one used on the Activation request form. The name box is case-sensitive and only accepts US-English characters.
