Attempting to activate your Mac-based CineForm software is resulting in the following error message in the license panel:
Type: License error
-5: Computer time/date changed or reinstall of trial ticket
here's what you can do to fix this problem:
Backup your LUTs folder (library/application support/cineform/LUTS)
Uninstall Neo from the CineForm Applications folder
Then go to the following folder on your main MacIntosh HD hard drive (not in your 'user account' folder):
library/application support
if you see a folder called 'cineform' or 'cineformx', delete them both. then reinstall the latest build of neo:
www.cineform.com/downloads.aspx
then rerun the license tab in the system prefs.
enter your serial number and press the request button.
a new activation code should then be sent to you. if not, send a screenshot of the license panel to support@cineform.com.
