Neo HD and Neo 4K have merged into a new product called 'Neo'.

All existing Neo 4K version 5 customers will need to request new serial numbers in order to use Neo 5.5. This can be done by contacting support@cineform.com. Please include your existing Neo 4K serial number in your request.

NeoHD customers can continue to use their existing serial numbers to activate Neo 5.5.
